Our solution provides the highest level of control combined with the agility of the cloud. You can monitor multiple sites from an easy-to-use, lightweight web portal, accessing enterprise grade video along with access control and automation, all while extracting critical data points to help employees make better decisions. And our simple subscription model reduces the financial risk and procurement complexity that you can’t afford to deal with.

Andreas Pettersson

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

As Arcules CEO, Andreas Pettersson is leading the Arcules team in reinventing traditional video monitoring for modern enterprises. Since the company’s formation in 2017, Arcules has introduced an award-winning integrated video surveillance service that brings together video data, access control and analytics into one unified platform. In 2019, the Arcules Integrated Video Cloud Service received the SIA New Product Showcase award for cloud solutions. Prior to becoming CEO, Andreas was Chief Technology Officer.

Andreas is an executive leader with more than 10 years of international business development, engineering and product management leadership experience. Andreas joined Milestone Systems in 2010 and held Product Manager and VP of Professional Products positions before joining Incubation & Ventures at the end of 2012. In 2014, he relocated to Silicon Valley. As U.S. Director for Product Management & Marketing, he created teams within the fields of hardware and software engineering, user experience, and business development.

Steve Shaw

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

As CFO, Steve is charged with leading the financial, legal and risk direction of the company, ensuring the strategic infrastructure, system, and processes are in place to facilitate growth as well as manage the compliance and reporting requirements of the organization.

Steve has over 20 years of experience leading small, to mid-sized companies through their growth cycle from early revenue through profitability and beyond. His experience in technology SaaS companies includes both private and public companies coupled with numerous ownership structures. Helping business leaders address operational challenges through strategic process, financial planning & analysis, and risk mitigation is a passion. Steve has completed multiple buy and sell-side M&A transactions throughout his tenure at numerous companies. Additionally, Steve holds a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.

Jeff Kunzelman

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

As CTO, Jeff Kunzelman drives the end-to-end product vision and technology development for establishing Arcules as the premier cloud IoT service for enterprise companies.

Jeff is a technology and product executive with over 25 years of experience building companies, teams, and technologies. Jeff has been the architect for Phoenix BIOS, an early development leader at Yahoo!, and CTO at both consumer and enterprise SaaS start-ups. He has had two exits as an entrepreneur.

He is passionate about growing and equipping developers, and creating cohesive cross-functional teams to drive ownership and maximize velocity. When he’s not leading, he’s coding, and when he’s not coding, he’s 3D printing, mountain biking, or trying out a Kickstarter product.

Steve Prodger

CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Steve Prodger is a cutting-edge and results-oriented SaaS executive. As CRO, he guides and inspires the Arcules team to realize strategic gains while seamlessly aligning  top revenue-generating channels with global expansion.

An accomplished and enthusiastic senior executive with 20+ years of experience, Prodger has an impressive track record of achieving profitable growth through business, operational, and technology transformations that deliver better customer experiences and high-value sales. With significant expertise in B2B SaaS sales leadership, he has a keen ability to create scalable pathways that generate strong demand and results.

With previous leadership roles at DELL Technologies, InMoment, SmartAction, and XSELL, he expertly managed multimillion-dollar budgets, accelerated business development globally, and drove double-digit growth. His deep understanding of digital transformation, software innovation, design thinking, and market acceleration position him as a leader that will deliver best-in-class results.

Jeremy Scott

SR. DIRECTOR OF SALES, AMERICAS

Jeremy Scott leads the sales teams for the North American region and develops strategic initiatives that support the growth of unified cloud surveillance as a service in key markets.

With more than 20 years of security, sales, and management experience, Scott has executed successful sales strategies and business development initiatives for solutions and services across the video surveillance, Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud markets.

Scott joins Arcules from Hypersive, leading the security segment and driving sales and GTM channel management. He contributed eight years to Milestone Systems, responsible for driving profitable growth in national sales and strategic alliances.

Maureen Carlo

GLOBAL DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

Maureen Carlo brings extensive experience in both industry leadership and scaling operations to Arcules. For more than 15 years, her diverse background, business acumen, and achievements have influenced some of the high-tech industry’s most well-respected and innovative brands.

She began her career as a systems integrator before shifting to manufacturing. During this time, she built complex alliances and led sales, marketing, and business development initiatives on a global scale. She has held increasingly senior roles throughout her career with BCD, Videotec, Venture Communications and Security, and Wells Communications.

Michael Sherwood

VP OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Michael Sherwood is a laser-focused industry professional who has a unique ability to logically apply technology toward solving complex business problems.
Sherwood previously led a consulting business where he guided technology providers and business leaders in building infrastructure to support a wide range of security and business use cases. Prior, he held the role of Director of Technical Operations for the Americas at Milestone Systems. Overall, he spent more than 11 years at Milestone and progressively advanced his career within the organization over that time.
Now at Arcules, Mike employs his vast skill for leveling-up operations with smart problem-solving to serve as our corporate “growth hacker” and lead our customer experience team.
Cindy Chang

SENIOR DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Cindy Chang is an experienced Senior Director of Product Management with more than 7 years of experience working as a Product Manager for early-stage companies that leverage emerging technologies to streamline decision-making and corporate awareness. She’s passionate about the intersection of technology, business, and customer pain points to drive innovation and deliver exceptional solutions that empower humans.

She has successfully led cross-functional teams and fosters strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment to continuously drive successful product launches.
Cindy aspires to bridge the gap between the current state and the future state of the industry. She believes in the importance of having empathy for customers and collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver exceptional user experiences not just with the product but in all aspects of the customer journey.

Erik Friis Mondorf​

DIRECTOR OF SALES, APAC​

As Arcules Director of Sales, APAC, Erik Friis Mondorf leads sales and distribution of the company’s products across the region. In this role, Mondorf is responsible for building the company’s market presence, strengthening strategic partnerships, and growing the customer base across the APAC region.

Mondorf has a background in sales and executive management with some of the world’s most influential companies. He most recently served as President and Representative Director at Milestone Systems K.K. in Tokyo where he spearheaded Milestone’s business in Japan from greenfield to the leading video management business in the region. Earlier in his career, he served as Minister Counsellor with the Trade Council of Denmark, Royal Danish Embassy, Tokyo, to advise on technology best practices and deployment. He also served in progressively senior sales roles at Accenture, The East Asiatic Company, and IBM.

Benjamin Rowe​

SR DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING (EMERGING TECHNOLOGY)

Ben Rowe is the Cloud and Security Architect at Arcules. In this role, he leads the development of Video Cloud IoT technologies for enterprise customers.

With over a decade of experience in engineering, Ben specializes in bringing secure, stable and scalable systems to market. His vast knowledge and skills include researching, designing and implementing systems in a variety of verticals from Entertainment to Agriculture.

Charles Aeh

PRINCIPAL OF STRATEGIC ALLIANCES

Charles Aeh is an energetic, top-performing sales professional and customer experience expert who is passionate about making clients successfully deploy cloud-based, AI-powered technologies. With more than 20 years of enterprise sales experience, he has a great ability to grasp and solve business challenges within a wide variety of industries.

As Principal of Strategic Alliances at Arcules, he is responsible for supporting large enterprise partners, understanding complex market requirements, and helping customers achieve efficiencies and savings at scale with Arcules cloud VSaaS.

Prior to joining Arcules, Aeh held increasingly senior-level sales roles with Medallia and SmartAction. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Ian Compton

REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR, EMEA

Ian Compton has spent his career guiding major technology vendors through expansion into high-growth areas by developing robust market entry and channel delivery strategies.

An award-winning sales strategist with more than 25 years of account and client management experience, Compton has played pivotal roles in helping emerging brands expand operations in Europe by navigating market shifts and interpreting key sales and competitive insights.

He has held senior-level sales roles with ASSA ABLOY, HID, Hikvision, and Oncam, working closely with resellers and end users.
